Hello, I’m Kevin from Mortgage License Training and I’ve been a mortgage professional for over 2 decades. I began my career as a Loan Officer where I discovered how personally fulfilling it is to assist others in achieving their financial goals and homeownership. Through the years, I’ve had the privilege of expanding my role in various capacities that have allowed me to share my mortgage expertise with both aspiring mortgage professionals and customers.
I’m pleased to say that over 15 years ago, I found my true calling as a mortgage training and development professional which continually allows me to empower others with the knowledge and skills to excel in their mortgage career. For over 10 years, I’ve also been a certified NMLS instructor offering the official 20 hour pre-licensing education course required to become a licensed Loan Officer. I’ve assisted thousands of Loan Officers on their professional journey…from helping them pass the challenging NMLS test to enhancing their industry knowledge and sales acumen.
It is my pleasure to now extend my services to providing guidance to first time homebuyers and anyone looking to master the valuable life skills related to homeownership.
Though I’m also a licensed Loan Officer, it is not my intention to personally originate home loans, but instead provide unique insight and guidance directly from a lifelong mortgage professional.

Because I enjoy a traditional classroom setting, I was a bit apprehensive about investing in an online NMLS training webinar. Kevin Ramirez is an excellent training instructor. Kevin's NMLS course and coaching were phenomenal. To put things into perspective, the first time I studied and took the test, on my own, I failed and got below a 60%.
