Due to the sensitivity and value of the information and resources included in our courses, please be aware that all sales are final.  

Exception:  For the NMLS 20 hour pre-licensing course, a student may cancel enrollment by providing written notice per the terms listed below.  

If notice occurs:

1. Within two business days of the date of enrollment a refund will be processed, unless the course has commenced, or
2. After two business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the commencement of classes, there shall be no refund.
3. After the course was scheduled to commence, there shall be no refund.

If the student does not complete the NMLS 20 hour pre-licensing course on the original course schedule, the student will be subject to a new course tuition fee or $100 fee to initiate a new course attempt.

*Note credit card-paypal charges processing fees costs businesses approximate 3% that is NOT refunded to the business when a charge is refunded.
